I think I’ve said this before, but I’ll say it again here.
Tammy Slaton has reached a weight loss milestone.
The reality star has revealed that she has lost weight over the past few months, and not long after saying she was down to 303 pounds on 1000 Pound Sisters earlier this season…the reality star has lost even more weight.

Three months after recording the numbers above, Tammy stepped on the scale on the Nov. 13 episode of this TLC series and couldn’t believe her eyes.
281.2 pounds,everyone.
“It’s going to be shit. Congratulations, that’s great!” Tammy’s brother Chris says in a sneak peek that Slaton himself posted on Instagram.
Tammy was equally excited about this amazing result.
“Chris said he weighs 284.” [pounds]. My current weight is a little lighter than Chris. It’s amazing,” she said in a confessional.
“I think my last weight was 281.” [pounds]It was when I was in 4th or 5th grade. I’m a baby sister, but I’m no longer a “big” baby sister. ”
Tammy has lost 500 pounds since being hospitalized and placed in a medically induced coma several years ago. She really has a long way to go.
Later in this same episode, Tammy simply continues to be overwhelmed by her weight and asks her male brother, “What’s going on?”
“Why am I lighter than you?”
“You’re probably lighter than me,” Chris replied, implying that he had more muscle, and joked and asked Tammy questions.
“Is it because you’re short?”

To Chris’ credit, he says he’s “excited” for Tammy.
“Did you ever think that one day she would be smaller than me? Well, probably not, because I never thought she would be smaller than me. She’s always been Tammy, and she’s been big. I did,” he added on air.

Heck, TLC created an entire program based on that fact and the fact that Amy Slaton has always been significantly overweight.

At rock bottom, Tammy weighed 715 pounds.
Slaton managed to lose 115 pounds after entering a rehab facility in Ohio in February 2022. She then underwent gastric bypass surgery in September of the same year, and her health journey continued.
Tammy previously wrote on social media: “We’re all in this together and I believe we can lift each other up,” as an inspiration to others in the same situation.
“Come with us and embrace the highs, the lows, and everything in between. Let’s continue to move forward with love and positivity!”
