The actor was spotted in Los Angeles this week…wearing a black tank top and matching shorts, flashing a winning smile as photographers took pictures of him.
Next to him is a real estate agent. Brooke Irvine Compass – Wearing yoga pants and a sports bra with a sweater wrapped around her shoulders.
There’s no PDA between the two here. And she might just be helping Sam find a new place to live…but even if the two walk close together, rumors will almost certainly spread about the nature of their relationship. Probably.

We can’t say this was necessarily Arvin, but Sam seems to fill his afternoons with spending hours with blondes.
As for Sam’s ex-wife Brittany…she recently opened up about it. her trip She says many of her trips to Turks and Caicos ended with her sleeping outside after getting into a fight with one of her ex-boyfriends.
She doesn’t name anyone…so she may not be talking about Sam–but that Sam is moving on while Britt is thinking about her past. is obvious.
