ashley darby and her estranged husband, michaelare finally moving forward with divorce… TMZ has learned.
According to online court records… “The Real Housewives of Potomac” star has filed to end her marriage more than two years after separating from the businessman.
It looks like the exes’ divorce is going to be pretty neat, Michael tells TMZ…they’ve already reached an “amicable and fair settlement” and also shared that they even had a prenup. He tells us…Ashley’s lawyers today submitted an agreed settlement to the court…which includes a decision to share custody of their two children, a son. is dean and dylan.
Ashley’s pending divorce has been a hot topic on RHOP for several seasons, with the AD repeatedly saying on the show that she had planned to file paperwork but never followed through on her promise, to this day. Ta.
However, Ashley hinted that a major divorce update would be announced during her Nov. 17 appearance on Watch What Happens Live. Andy Cohen She detailed her news at the “RHOP” reunion.
Ashley confirmed that she had split from Michael in April 2022…explaining that she and her husband of nearly eight years were at a “completely different stage in life” and decided to separate.
She concluded… “Even though our romantic bond is broken, we will always continue to love and respect each other. And true happiness lies in continuing to work together and raise our two beautiful sons. I also know that this can only be achieved by putting my heart and soul into it.”
The Bravo personality eventually moved out of her shared home with Michael and began a short-lived relationship with the ‘Summer House’ star Luke Gulbranson.
Although she claims to be dating, she has not publicly debuted any new relationship since then.
We reached out to Ashley’s representatives for comment, but have not yet heard back.
