Reacher Star Alan Ritchson has opened up about the effect on his body of being jacked by the show so much.
The actor continued intense training in order to achieve the physique of a former military man, which he still uses in many action scenes.talk to GQhe admitted it definitely took its toll.
“Let’s get one thing straight, because in every interview someone says, ’30 pounds of muscle,’ I gained 30 pounds!” he said. “I don’t know how much of that was lean muscle.
