At the time, the Eltarians were fighting alongside the Power Rangers, but once the Beast Brigade was defeated, the Eltarians turned against the Rangers. They kill all the Rangers, allowing the Eltarians to take over Earth without any resistance.
When the Eltarian took over, they completely “renovated” the entire planet. The Eltarians introduced humanity to advanced technology that the world soon depended on, restructured the world’s education system, and established themselves as eternal rulers of the world. Considering all these changes, every corner of the planet should look different, especially Angel Grove, California.

What was once an idyllic “teenage town” is now a major base of Eltarian occupation.
In the original power rangers Angel Grove perfectly captures the ‘radical’ energy of the ’90s that teenagers all over the world wanted to experience for themselves, and is the epitome of what every kid wanted in their hometown in the ’90s. did. Plus, it was made even cooler by the fact that the town was under the direct protection of the Power Rangers. The fact that basically the entire town is now an Eltarian training center not only makes it the antithesis of the “rules-free” energy that classic towns gave off, but also makes the overall aesthetic more reminiscent of what came before. It has completely changed. Alien architecture and futuristic aesthetics have engulfed the once classic SoCal town and transformed it into a pillar of the galactic fascism represented by the Eltarians – any child of the ’90s will agree.
