Guilherme “Bomba” Vasconcelos — MMA fighters who competed in and dated UFC and Bellator demi lovato His family and members of the combat community announced Tuesday that he died at the age of 38.
The cause of death is unknown at this time.
Vasconcelos has competed in multiple MMA promotions and amassed a 10-6 record during his seven-year professional career.
Within 24 hours, the MMA fighter posted a photo of himself outside a jiu-jitsu studio on his Instagram.
As for Bomba and Lovato’s time together, the couple was first spotted together in 2017… celebrating New Year’s Eve together and going to the movies on New Year’s Day.
After several months of dating, the two broke up in July, with various media outlets reporting that their relationship had “ended naturally.”
Guilherme’s uncle Walter mourned the death, saying: “We were looking forward to your visit at Christmas, but it will no longer happen. Life is fleeting and we are saddened by this shocking news. I woke up. What a time we live in.”
