Kim Kardashian hasn’t been in the news much lately.
And perhaps we now know why:
She is very busy and is basically a single mother of four young children.
“I think you and I are pretty much on the same page when it comes to parenting,” the 44-year-old began on the Tuesday, Nov. 12 episode of his friend Zoe Winkler’s What the Winkler? Podcast.
“And judgment, and even though we have a great support system and have people around us, sometimes I feel like I’m alone in this situation.”
Kardashian and Kanye West have a daughter, North, 11. Son Saint, 8 years old. Daughter Chicago, 6 years old. and my son Psalm, 5 years old.
The former filed for divorce in February 2021 after nearly seven years of marriage. The proceedings were completed in November 2022.
It’s no big secret that West has little involvement in his children’s lives.
In this new interview, Kardashian said that she often feels conflicted and overwhelmed as a mother, but she does it in silence because she’s worried about what critics will think of her.
“But sometimes in the middle of the night,” Kim continued.
“When they’re sleeping in your bed and kicking you and crying and waking you up, that’s not something I talk about much because there’s always a lot of judgment and people always say, ‘ Because I feel like I’m going to jump in and say, “Oh, but.” You have the resources to hire a nanny and have them help you. ”
“And I think no matter what help I get, I’m basically raising four kids on my own.”
West married Bianca Censoli about a year ago, but Kardashian hasn’t been in a serious relationship since splitting from Bianca Censoli.
And while it may seem as if Kim lives in a completely different world, that’s because she actually does. We’re talking about billionaires here.
But Kardashian can also relate to just about any parent of school-age children.
“So this morning I had to take five kids with me, even in a carpool,” she explained to Ms. Winkler, the daughter of actor Henry Winkler.
“And everyone wants to leave at a different time or want to do different things. And you feel like you’re at a race car driver’s pit stop.”
We’ve been there, Kim. We went there almost every day of our recent lives.
