According to documents filed Thursday, the parties filed a stipulation stating that “all claims against Defendants in the above action are hereby dismissed with prejudice.”
Essentially, Grace agreed to drop the claims in the lawsuit…and dismissing them with prejudice means they can’t be brought again.
It is unclear if they have come to any agreement for GJ to drop the case…We have reached out to their lawyers but have not heard back so far.
As we said in March…Grace filed a lawsuit She says she has suffered at the hands of Majors since they first started dating in 2021, which was riddled with several abuse allegations.
Her other charges include that she said JM threw her against the shower wall and threw things at her.
