Oscar nominations will be announced in late January 2024, with the big event happening this weekend. Below, we’ve tracked all of Netflix’s Oscar nominations for the 96th annual event, including additional titles after the initial announcement.
Zazie Beetz and Jack Quaid will announce the nominations for the 96th Oscars on a livestream at 5:30 a.m. PT (8:30 a.m. ET), with the Oscar ceremony scheduled for March 10, 2024. It will be broadcast on ABC and will be hosted by Jimmy Kimmel.
Netflix’s biggest expectations this year include: maestro From Bradley Cooper rustinand Nyad. Some of our favorites from other locations include: oppenheimer, Barbie, and poor thing.
As a reminder, Netflix’s Oscar total to date is 132 nominations and 22 Oscar wins. Last year, Netflix was nominated for 16 Oscars, and in the end he won six bronze medals.
After an initial 18 nominations, Netflix increased its nominations by one by winning the documentary how to kill a tigerreleased on the service on March 8th.
With 19 nominations for the 2024 Oscars, Netflix has 151 total Oscar nominations.
