Diddy’s Lawyer Says Client Won’t Take Plea Bargain

Diddy’s lawyer mark agnifilofeatured in TMZ Studios’ new documentary, The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment, available to watch Stream now In Tubi … and he says his client will fight this case not just for himself, but for others in a similar position.

Agnifilo said Didi maintains he is innocent…so he sees no reason to accept a plea deal even if prosecutors offer him a plea deal.

And Mr. MA said Diddy is not only fighting for himself, but is also using his case to inspire those who believe they are facing persecution from the government, i.e. the federal government. He said he wants to inspire people to fight back when the world throws the hammer down on them.

Mark said he also cares about Didi’s family…Diddy wants to prove to them that he’s the same person they’ve always known.
