In the first lawsuit obtained by TMZ, a Maryland woman claims that she was 18 years old when Diddy sexually assaulted her outside a Halloween party in New York City in 2001.
The woman, who is suing Diddy as Jane Doe, claims that one of Diddy’s security guards escorted her to a black SUV limousine where Diddy was waiting with six members of his security team.
She claims that someone handed her a drink and that she felt dizzy after drinking it, and that Diddy forced oral sex on all the men in the limousine, and eventually on himself. He says he was forced to do so.
The woman claims that during the assault, Diddy called her derogatory names and sprayed her with champagne…only to make her leave after giving a verbal explanation to everyone.
In a second lawsuit obtained by TMZ, a Florida man claims that one of Diddy’s co-workers invited Diddy to an afterparty at his Miami mansion, where he was joined by other prominent celebrities. They claim they were having a good time.
The man, who is suing Diddy as John Doe, claims that Diddy or one of his associates forced him to drink lace-laced drinks, causing him to black out in and out.
He wakes up with a sharp pain in his rectum and anus, realizes that his clothes are gone, and when he turns around to see why his anus hurts, he sees a fully erect Didi trying to insert his penis into his anus. He said he could see it.
The man claims that Diddy used profane language with a creepy smile on his face, but that the drugs made it impossible for him to fight back or resist Diddy’s assaults. .

He said he woke up the next day naked in the same room, was given clothes and escorted from the house to be dropped off at a nightclub where the night would begin.
The accusers are pursuing Didi for damages.
Diddy’s lawyer told TMZ… Buzbee’s series of lawsuits were a shameless publicity stunt aimed at extracting payments, and Diddy never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone.
