The case against Sean “Diddy” Combs continues to escalate.
The rapper was arrested last month on sex trafficking and extortion charges and remains in prison, but 120 people have now come forward with new sexual assault charges against the mogul.
Perhaps the most notable and most heinous? One of these accusers is a 9-year-old boy.
On Tuesday, Houston-based attorney Tony Buzbee held a press conference alleging that Combs sexually abused numerous minors.
Lawyers allege that one 9-year-old boy was abused while auditioning at Bad Boy Records Studios in New York City.
“Other boys came to audition, too,” Buzbee said.
“They were all trying to get record deals. All of them were underage. [the 9-year-old] At the studio, he was allegedly sexually abused by Sean Combs and several others with the promise of signing his parents and himself a record deal. ”
Added Buzbee:
“We will expose the perpetrators who enabled this act behind closed doors. Regardless of who the evidence implicates, we will pursue this matter.”
The lawyer said his team had “collected photos, videos and texts” that would expose “many powerful people…many dirty secrets.”
Buzbee, who claims 25 of the victims were minors, plans to file lawsuits in various states over the next 30 days, according to NBC News.
These new charges come after he and his friends were accused of hosting what he called a “freak-off party.”
According to a federal indictment served last month, the artist organized “elaborate sex performances,” during which the women were coerced by “force, threat of force, and coercion” to have commercial sex with the victims. It is alleged that she had sex with a male sex worker for an extended period of time.
According to this legal document, among the supplies: Authorities seized 1,000 bottles of baby oil from Didi’s home earlier this year..
Didi was charged by authorities Arranged, directed, masturbated, and often “electronically recorded”The “freak offs” also transported commercial sex workers “across state lines and internationally.”
These gatherings were said to be frequent and last for many days.
Didi was denied bail on September 17 and remains in custody as of this writing.
He has pleaded not guilty and denies all current charges and is awaiting a status hearing on October 9th.
“As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, Mr. Combs cannot address all the false allegations that have turned into a reckless media circus,” the star’s attorney Erica Wolff said in a statement to E! Ta. news.
“That being said, Mr. Combs categorically denies any allegation that he sexually abused anyone, including minors, as false and defamatory.
“He looks forward to proving his innocence and proving himself right in court, where the truth will be established based on evidence and not speculation.”
