Diddylawyers might want to bring along a receipt the next time they talk about the rapper stocking up on baby oil, because Costco now denies that it ever sold the purported lubricant substitute.
A Costco spokesperson told TMZ that the company does not carry baby oil in its U.S. stores, even though Diddy’s lawyers are selling it. Mark Agnifilo Previously, the rap mogul has claimed he may have purchased the merchandise in bulk from a members-only warehouse-style retailer.

The proof is in the eyes, so to speak: A quick search of the store’s website reveals that Costco doesn’t sell anything resembling baby oil, though it does sell baby hair and cleansing gels that you’d be hard pressed to confuse with baby oil.
Oh, and when I search “body oil” nothing comes up…it could be mistaken for baby oil.
Just to be sure, I also checked Sam’s Club’s website, in case someone is confusing the two retailers, but like Costco, Sam’s Club does not sell baby oil.
However, Johnson’s Moisturizing Pink Baby Lotion, which contains coconut oil, is available for purchase, although the product is not listed in the federal indictment.

As TMZ previously reported, document –It was then opened Diddy arrested in midtown Manhattan Earlier this month, it was alleged that 1,000 bottles of baby oil were seized during searches of the Bad Boy Records founder’s Miami and Los Angeles homes in March.
The indictment also alleges that Diddy organized drug-fueled, multi-day sex parties known as “Freak Offs” in which he coerced female victims “to engage in extended sexual acts with male prostitutes.”
But when Agnifilo spoke to TMZ for TMZ Studios’ new documentary, “Diddy’s Downfall: The Accusation,” he downplayed the “freak-off” allegations, pointing out that this wasn’t the first time Diddy and his ex-girlfriend, Cassie, had participated in a threesome.
He also questioned the government’s decision to seize 1,000 bottles of baby oil, and defended musicians’ “bulk purchases.”
