David Eason was arrested.
yes, Also.
Jenelle Evans’ estranged and often violent husband, Teen Mom, reportedly spent last weekend in jail.
Eason was reportedly taken into custody on Friday for violating a domestic violence restraining order that Evans had issued against him. david is Also He will be charged with trespassing.
Both charges are misdemeanors.
These are related to previously reported incidents…back in October, Eason was caught on security camera breaking into a property he previously shared with Evans in North Carolina.
That’s when David, his errant girlfriend (Kenley Heatwal), and several others break through the gate and attempt to steal various tools, equipment, and automobiles from The Land.
As a result of the aforementioned protective order, Eason was not permitted to enter the property and was escorted by police at the time of the trespass. Officers said they were present to supervise Eason as he removed items from the shed.
“Deputies met with the group and gave them permission to use a SawZall tool to cut the lock on the gate leading to the North Carolina property,” a local source told The Ashley last month.
“The deputy believed David had authority to ride the ATV, motorcycle, dirt bike, etc., which was not the case.”
The county court clerk said Eason was arrested by the Pender County Sheriff’s Office on Nov. 8 and released on Nov. 10 on a $1,000 bond set by a magistrate, which includes both charges listed above. I confirmed that.
Evans and Eason, who have one biological daughter, separated in March after years of dispute as a couple.
The latest drama between the couple (aside from this arrest) centers around troubling allegations Evans has raised against her ex.
In testimony at a recent divorce hearing, Evans said that at some point in the past she found material related to “sexual exploitation of minors” on David’s cell phone.
She did not elaborate. I am not aware of any other details regarding this matter.
But Ms Evans accused Eason of being unsuitable for her child, Ensley, and asked her to keep him away from her until he underwent a “psychological evaluation.”
Mr Evans went on to say that he filed a police report when he made the discovery. The Teen Mom 2 alum then wrote on social media that she reported the alleged find to “the police, the FBI, and the custody court.”
At this point, it’s impossible to say exactly what kind of research is being done regarding this potentially ugly issue.
All we know for now is that Jenelle’s protective order expires next month and that Eason is scheduled to appear in court next month to plead to these new criminal charges.
