From the moment he was first introduced, Rain hinted at his strong and aggressive personality.. Lane didn’t seem to be a woman who would back down or tolerate disrespect. I think this is a great trait, but I think Rain’s pride got in the way.
After not getting along with Chidi’s sister, Rain moved to a hotel and waited for Chidi to come after him. of 90 day fiance The couple spent several days apart, but decided to speak to each other in person to clear the air. But Lane took their argument to the extreme. Overall, I can understand her feeling betrayed, but I think she may be taking the situation too far and self-sabotaging the relationship.

One of the traits that struck me was how Lane always cut Chidi off. She started the meeting well and was excited that Chidi contacted her. She once went shopping for soft-touch lingerie in hopes that he would want to touch it. However, once they got to the beach, her attitude changed dramatically. similar to Angela Deemjust as Chidi opened his mouth, Rain interrupted him. She wasn’t listening to understand her partner, but rather to answer and get her point across.. From the outside, her actions seemed very selfish and one-sided.

She also acted incredibly rude, waving her hands and fingers in his face and claiming that she was “wrong to fool around”. All in all, she was incredibly rude and I can’t even imagine how Chidi, a blind man, felt. During Chidi’s segment, the production staff would sometimes edit the footage into a white screen so viewers could understand his point of view.. I have to imagine if I was in Chidi’s shoes while Rain was screaming at him, he would be so scared. He was overwhelmed when Rayne was yelling at his sister, so we can only imagine how overstimulated and confused he must have been on the other side of Rayne’s anger.

Another thing that surprised me was that she belittled and badmouthed her partner. I can understand that Rain gets irritated and can’t hold back anymore and raises his voice. But I think she went too far, telling Chidi that he was “sucking his sister’s boobs” and that he needed to “be a man.” Obviously Rain was hurt, but so was Chidi and his family. The conversation more than relieved her nerves, it stimulated her.
But it’s clear she knew Chidi would be hurt by her violent outburst and verbal punches. She even accused him of being a fraud, which is why he was “obsessed with her.” Rain seemed to embody Angela’s willpower and refused to back down from her position. While I understand the importance of Reyna protecting herself and her boundaries, I can’t help but think this is a classic story of projection and self-destruction.

I think “90 Day Fiancé” needs more stories like Niles and Matilda.
They have the potential to blossom into something great.
At the end of the day, I think Rain can relate. Hearing more about her history with dating addiction makes you empathize even more. She’s clearly been hurt before and wasn’t taught how to communicate or accept the love she’s been given. but, From her experience, I don’t think you need to treat your partner disrespectfully. She was hurt and called out Chidi’s name, which I don’t understand. before 90 days have passed Star can consider that to be the appropriate move, especially in a five-year relationship. Overall, I think she may have overthought the situation with Chidi’s sister. If she doesn’t pay more attention, she will continue to fall into the same patterns and relationships.
