The Jennifer’s Body star announced on November 11 that she is expecting her first child with boyfriend Machine Gun Kelly.
Despite rumors of a breakup, Megan and MGK seem to be on great terms considering this news and the fact that the Transformers star confirmed on Instagram that he is the father.

Baby #4 is on the way!
Megan announced the news on Monday, November 11th, sharing a photo of a merry-go-round on Instagram and announcing that she is currently pregnant.
“Nothing is truly lost. Welcome home,” she wrote in the caption, along with heart and angel emojis.
This message is a reminder of the fact that Megan tragically suffered a miscarriage several years ago.
In the photo merry-go-round, she shared a photo in which she was covered in oil while holding her butt, and a second photo in which she received a positive pregnancy test. She also tagged MGK in the post and confirmed that he is the father.

This new child will be Megan’s fourth child to date. She already has three children with her previous partner, Brian Austin Green.
Noah is 11 years old, Bodhi is 9 years old, and Journey is 7 years old.
As for MGK, the rapper welcomed his now 15-year-old daughter Casey with then-girlfriend Emma Cannon in 2009.
Since they started dating in 2020, they have been extremely committed co-parents, not only to each other’s children, but to their own children as well.
There is no doubt that this baby will unite all the children, even if they are all older.

Where do Megan and MGK stand these days?
Two years after they started dating, MGK proposed to Megan at Pretty Rock and with quite a bit of fanfare.
Since 2022, they have been through a roller coaster relationship situation, starting with a miscarriage.
After the proposal, MGK performed at the Billboard Music Awards and hinted that his girlfriend had suffered a miscarriage as he dedicated his set to their “unborn child.”
She then confirmed the same with her poetry collection, Pretty Boys Are Poisonous, which hits bookshelves in November 2023.
She later told WWD that the miscarriage was “difficult” to process.
“This miscarriage [was] “It was really tragic for me and left me with a lot of sadness and pain,” she explained.
This was not Megan’s first loss, as she had previously had an ectopic pregnancy.
As for the pair, we last heard from them in March that their engagement had been called off and they were going their separate ways. Megan admitted as much, but insisted they were always in each other’s orbit.
“No matter what happens, there will always be a bond with him. I can’t say in what capacity, but I will always be connected to him in some way,” she claimed.
